Ordering, Processing, and Shipping
Q: If I place a second order will you refund shipping?
A: You can use code "2NDORDER" on subsequent orders to avoid being charged shipping twice on orders placed same day.

Q: How long does it take for an order to ship out once it's placed?
A: Processing time is 5 to 6 days, it can often be quicker than this.

Q: What method do you use for shipping and how long does it take?
A: I used Canada Post lettermail (untracked) to keep shipping cost low, you can expect anywhere from 2 to 10 business days for it to arrive. If you choose the tracked shipping option it is usually 1 - 3 business days within Atlantic Canada and 3 - 5 for Central and Western Canada.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: $6 or free for orders within Canada over $50 with untracked lettermail. $15 flat fee for tracked shipping.

A: As of right now, only within Canada.

Q: What materials are used for you products?
A: Gold and rhodium plated brass or stainless steel.

Q: Are your products good for sensitive skin/ears?
A: Yes, most people with sensitive ears and skin have luck with my products as they are lead and nickel free. If you ever have issues, please reach out and we will find a solution.

Q: What can I do to prolong the life of my pieces?
A: I recommend 4 main things, included in your care card with every order. 1. Avoid moisture. 2. Remove before bed. 3. Avoid contact with perfumes/creams. 4. Store in a jewelry box or bag.
Charm Collection
Q: Are hoop charms and necklace/bracelet charms interchangable?
A: No, hoop charms can only be used on hoops. Necklace/bracelet charms can be used on both necklaces and bracelets.

Q: Do any necklaces, hoops, or bracelets come with hoops?
A: No, they are all sold separately. If you see photos of necklaces with charms, it's for demonstration purposes only as outlined in the description of the product.
